These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Visibility100x website, free tools and services. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Visibility100x provides a website-audit and AI-visibility tool, plus optional managed SEO and GEO services. The free audit and tools analyze the public pages at a URL you submit and return a report. Managed services are provided under a separate order or agreement.

Acceptable use

• Only submit URLs you own or are authorized to audit.
• Do not use the service to attempt to access private, internal or unauthorized systems.
• Do not abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the service or its rate limits.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Accounts

Some features require an account, accessed by a passwordless email sign-in link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account.

Managed services

Where you engage us to make changes to your site, you grant us the limited, revocable access needed to do so. Access uses scoped keys, never your primary login, and changes can be rolled back. Content and schema we create for you remain yours. Managed plans are month-to-month after any initial term and can be cancelled per your order.

Fees

The free audit and tools are provided at no cost. Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Prices shown on the site are indicative and confirmed at checkout or in your order.

Intellectual property

The service, including its software, audit engine and content, is owned by Visibility100x and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership in the service to you.

Third-party data

Reports may incorporate data from third parties such as Google PageSpeed Insights and AI providers. We do not control and are not responsible for those third parties' services or availability.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Audit results describe what we measured on your live pages at a point in time; we do not guarantee specific rankings, AI citations, traffic or business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visibility100x is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
